The project consist of an anchored agent that acts as a Federal compliance sentinel. The sentinel detects only the mechanist and makes discovery through abstention of what is not. MA'AT focuses primarily on the mechanistic in example an elected official holds office, that office comes with statutory obligation in which the detector would pick up on where its gets tricky is the human that holds that office is choas driven. if the home life enters the office then the encoder may present spin/bias while processing data. The encoder is the coupling mechanism within my project and it is where drift from mandate enters into the equation. Every Executive branch will be graded on its drift from mandates, the power of the act is the purse and the purse derives its power from the taxation of the people. the act empowers the Office, any drifting is illegitimate as the branch would be imposing the color of the law and not the law at all upon a people who support the mechanism through purse. The scope of MA'AT is extensive, wherever the Federal government has established a thing to be so, MA'AT will grade. The sentinels scope will include state ran EPA policies, State post conviction remedy efficacy, Disenfranchisement of citizens, the effects of incarceration on a states voting power. MA'AT is just one of many agnostic detectors I have created. I created an agnostic detector and called it MA'AT when I aimed it at jurisprudence. On a blind-protocol test of real U.S. Supreme Court cases (the engine certifies its answer before the disposition is revealed), MA'AT committed on the ~30–45% of cases where fixed law mechanically forces the outcome and was correct on 100% of committed cases (0 wrong), abstaining on the rest, as the law underdetermines.
