He holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of California, Berkeley, and previously served as a Research Manager at Machine Learning Transparency and Security (MATS), where he supported AI safety researchers through project planning, research management, mentor coordination, literature scaffolding, and weekly research reviews. He also worked in Cybersecurity and managed software development projects supporting the U.S. Missile Defense Agency.
