My work focuses on AI safety, biosecurity, AI governance, and the evaluation of frontier AI systems in African and low-resource contexts. I am particularly interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence, public health, and emerging biological risks, with research on multilingual AI safety evaluations, biosecurity benchmarking, and responsible AI governance. Through AIxBio Africa, I am building research capacity and advancing evidence-based AI safety and biosecurity research across the continent.
