Updated 07/23/26 · Admin editAISafety.com is a field-building project that aims to multiply global AI safety efforts through a centralized hub that actively congregates and surfaces 'everything' useful AI safety. There are pages dedicated to events, training programs, self-study, mentors, and more (check out the site! And even use it), which surface opportunities that, as many users have told us, they would not have found otherwise. We're connected with a growing user-base of AI safety-interested individuals who find value in the product, and we want to keep going. We would like funding to continue to build out user-focused, data-driven features that make the site more usable, and help people of a diversity of backgrounds find the absolute most useful path through these resources. This is exemplified by our chatbot, v1 of which was just released (but we want to do so much more!), and our Events and Training Programs page redesigns (to be launched very soon). Our sights are set high and we also want to see if we may be able to reach individuals further from the mainstream AI safety community, and build an interface and feature-set which pave the path for a wider range of people to contribute in the most impactful way possible given their situation.
Theory of Impact

AISafety.com connects people to jobs, fellowships, mentors, communities, etc. that they would not have found otherwise. The right placement here is quite a vast multiplier, and there is good evidence that people are finding that 'placement they wouldn't have found otherwise'.
But we know that there is so much more potential for impact. Our new features in the pipeline aim to impart even better, more comprehensive models that help people navigate the ecosystem with even far greater depth and breadth, and we hope to achieve not just a greater multiplier than currently for the average person in the community, but to expand into the vast market outside of the community.
