Project Details

Metaforecast is a QURI-developed web tool that scrapes and aggregates questions and probability estimates from numerous forecasting platforms, providing a unified interface for searching and comparing forecasts. It was built primarily by Nuño Sempere with support from QURI, and is intended to reduce fragmentation in the forecasting ecosystem by making existing predictions easier to find and use in decision-making.

Theory of Change

Metaforecast aims to make existing forecasts much easier to find and compare by aggregating them across platforms, so that researchers and decision-makers can incorporate more and better predictions into their analyses without needing to individually search each market or tournament site.
