Updated 06/25/26 · By grantmaking.aiThe International Study of the Transition from Artificial Narrow (ANI) to Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Governance is a multi-phase program that began by gathering the views of 55 leading AGI researchers and practitioners across major AI jurisdictions. A subsequent Real-Time Delphi survey of 335 experts from 65 countries distilled 41 requirements and five supranational governance models for AGI. Phase 3 develops alternative AGI scenarios to 2035, with the combined results informing concrete proposals for global AGI governance frameworks.
