Benoît Larrouturou

I am an executive with 20+ years across borders and functions building the operational systems that make complex organizations function when incentives are misaligned and the stakes are real. I have worked across Fortune 50 turnarounds, EU institutional portfolios, and multi-stakeholder programs on six continents. For the past seven years, that work has been focusing on systems change, leading me to AI for its potential and what it uncovers. I have spent over a hundred hours investigating AI governance mechanisms inside China, worked directly inside AI training pipelines to understand how models actually get built and worked across academia, industry and civil society. My background in aerospace safety regulation, where I helped translate cross-border rules into working technical standards, shapes how I think about AI coordination. It is not as a policy statement but an operational problem with rollback procedures and accountability built in. I regularly write on systems thinking, resource constraints, and governance.
