Minh Le

Minh Le is the founder of The One Shot, building deterministic AI governance infrastructure for enterprise software engineering. The product addresses a core failure mode in AI-assisted development: agents that produce plausible-looking code with no guarantee of correctness, traceability, or repeatability. The One Shot solves this through sandboxed execution environments and hash-verified output pipelines — every agent action runs in isolation and produces a cryptographically verifiable record, transforming AI from a probabilistic assistant into an auditable engineering partner. Minh brings a background in enterprise network infrastructure from JPMorgan Chase, where he has worked since 2018 across routing, firewall tooling, and automation — direct, hands-on experience with the production environments and governance constraints that enterprise AI tooling has to operate within. That background informs The One Shot's design: it is built for environments where unverifiable AI output is not an acceptable risk. The product currently exists as a working MVP and demo video, with the sandboxed execution and verification pipeline functional end-to-end. Minh is seeking funding to move from MVP to a production-ready release and to validate the approach with early enterprise design partners.
