Originally from Hong Kong, I have spent a decade each in the U.S., China, and am currently based in Germany. I transitioned full time into the AI safety space since earlier this year. Currently I am developing ARC, a communication initiative that aims to improve the coordination effort and the communication layer of the field through frameworks, tools, training, content and field activation.
