Karolina Gruzel

Karolina Gruzel is an AI governance professional, field-builder, and communications specialist with a background in European and international law and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. She is Co-founder, Board Member, and Delivery Lead at Law for AI Safety, where she works on organisational strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and legal initiatives addressing advanced-AI risks. She also founded Moral Ambition for AI, a webinar series and peer community supporting people in developing projects and transitioning into high-impact AI careers. She is currently strengthening her policy and communications expertise through the AI Policy Strategy Fellowship at Successif.
